Tasting Notes
2022 Mourvèdre
Mourvèdre, also known as Monastrell or Mataró, is widely grown around the world, more significantly in France and Spain. An herbal bouquet with a hint of black tea create one enticing aroma. On the palate, notes of cherry with hints of pomegranate are braced with firm yet balanced tannins.
2024 Echoes Native Zinfandel
Introducing our second vintage of Echoes Native Zinfandel! This wine exhibits a luminous ruby color accompanied by delicate aromas of crushed rose petals, lavender, and cardamom. On the palate, bright notes of orchard cherry and fresh cranberry are enhanced by a lively acidity adding structure and intensity to each sip. Harmoniously integrated, a pleasing and balanced interplay of floral aromatics and bright fruit ensure a memorable tasting experience from start to finish, making Echoes a delightful choice for any occasion. Best served slightly chilled.
2024 Grenache Blanc
Most commonly found in Rhone wine blends, our Grenache Blanc exhibits aromas of lychee on the nose. Crisp and bright on the palate with a hint of peach that leads into a silky smooth finish. Pair this Grenache Blanc with a rich, fatty fish or grilled chicken.
