Klinker Brick Winery is an active supporter of charitable programs serving our local community.  In an effort to manage our contributions in an equitable manner, all requests must be submitted via our web form here.

 

Because of the large number of deserving requests, we must limit our donations to organizations in the Lodi, Stockton and Sacramento California area.  We also ask that organizations limit their request to one (1) per year in order to help the greatest number of organizations.

 

Klinker Brick Winery can only support organizations that are registered charities with a 501(c)(3) status.

 

Klinker Brick Winery cannot support;

Lobbying or advocacy groups,

Private foundations or clubs,

Individuals,

Adult sports teams or leagues,

Fraternal organizations,

Solicitation to advertise,

Organizations asking for monetary donations.

 

All donations must be picked up at our tasting room in Lodi, California (we will not ship donations).

 

Donation requests must be received at least eight weeks prior to the event to be considered.

 

Instructions for submitting donations requests:

Please email donations@klinkerbrick.com or fax the following documents:

Certified 501(c)(3) document (IRS Determination Letter)(not tax-exempt form)
Document, fliers, posters describing your event, or any other related documents

SUBMISSION OF THIS REQUEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR REQUEST WILL BE FULFILLED.  STATUS OF REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN PERSON, OVER THE TELEPHONE, FAX OR EMAIL.  WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH IN 2-WEEKS OF YOUR SUBMISSION WITH OUR APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF YOUR REQUEST.
