2022 Brickmason Blend - This blend is comprised of 80% Zinfandel, 10% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petite Sirah. On the nose, aromas of blueberry and toasted vanilla bean lead into notes of plum with soft tannins on the palate.
Pair this blend with margherita pizza or pasta bolognese.
2022 Old Ghost - The Old Ghost represents the best Zinfandel that Klinker Brick produces each year. An intense nose of black pepper and botanicals lead to full-bodied flavors of juicy pomegranate and ripe cherry layered with herb aromas. True to the Klinker Brick style, this wine is bursting with acidity and concentrated notes of bright berries and dark chocolate. Layers of complexity lead to a core of medium tannins with a long, richly textured finish. Pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables and charcuterie.
2021 Old Vine Zinfandel | 94, Wine Enthusiast - Our flagship zinfandel, where it all started! This wine is made from vineyard blocks up to 120 years old. Delta breezes and the associated fog allow us to retain above average acidity for the region, providing aromas of dark cherry and spices on the nose. Barrel fermentation provides additional structure to a thin skinned varietal. The extremely low yields of century old vineyards bring notes of plum, with a hint of black pepper. The result is a balanced and complex Zinfandel perfect for both summer barbecues and fall fire pits.
