Our 2017 Sangiovese is grown in Amador County. This, our third vintage, greets the nose with aromas of cinnamon, earth & spice. On the palate, nutty notes of dry cranberry coupled with vanilla compliment the French oak and soft tannins.

Pair this wine with roast chicken or Osso Buco.

Just enough boldness and intensity to enjoy by itself, but perfectly paired with cheese or vegetable ravioli in red tomato sauce, or any pasta with red sauce. Light spicyness on the front and lingering finish.
